Between 12 June and 2 August, eBay made item specifics newly required in 348 categories and deleted 3 outright. Nobody was told. We snapshot eBay's own category rules every week, tell you which of your listings just stopped complying, and rewrite them in one click.

Most tools write you a description and walk away. A listing decays after that: eBay moves the rules, a better market opens up, and one careless field gets it pulled.
Six live eBay listings picked at random from six unrelated categories: running trainers, a cordless impact driver, ceramic plates, a car phone mount, a dog collar and wireless earbuds. Every one processed end to end.
Where it did less: two of the six titles came back unchanged, because they were already good. If your titles are strong, the gain is in the item specifics and the description, not the title. On the trainers eBay asked for 34 fields and we filled 28; on the earbuds, 21 of 25. That is the part that decides whether you appear when a buyer filters by size, colour or compatibility.
eBay changes what a category requires without announcing it. A listing that was complete in March quietly stops matching buyer filters in June, and all you see is impressions sliding. We take a full snapshot of eBay's own category rules every week and diff it against the last one.
Every alert carries eBay's own before and after with the date we first saw it. Nothing is inferred by an AI model, and we never report a change we cannot show you. Checking your listings is free and unlimited.
See the Decay Radar →A free extra that comes with your credits, not the reason to buy them. Some products sell for more on another eBay site against less competition. We price yours on all eight marketplaces and work out what you would actually keep per sale, after eBay's fees, destination VAT, currency conversion and cross-border postage. If a market genuinely wins, we write the listing in that country's language for one credit.
We would rather say nothing than guess. If the listings we find are not genuinely your product, or their prices are too scattered to average, that market reports "no comparable listings" instead of an uplift figure. Plenty of items are worth more at home, and plenty cannot be compared at all. A seller who ships abroad on a number we invented loses real money, so the checks are deliberately strict and the feature is often quiet.
Live ECB exchange rates. Scanning is free; only generating the listing spends a credit.
Find my best market →You measured the product. We did not. So if your listing says the diameter is 10cm, our output says 10cm — an AI cannot decide 15cm looks more typical. This is enforced in code as the last step before your file is written, after every other stage has run:
A wrong measurement causes returns, "not as described" cases and a damaged seller rating. That is your money and your account, so the rule is absolute.
Filling every field is easy if you let the AI make things up. That is also how listings get pulled. Three guards run in code, not in a prompt, on every listing we write:
These were all built after finding the mistake on a real listing, not in theory.
One credit rewrites one listing, whether that is a first optimisation, a Decay Radar fix or a listing for another country. Credits last 12 months. Monitoring, alerts and cross-border scanning cost nothing at all.

Paste any eBay item ID or URL. In seconds you get an optimised title, full HTML description, complete item specifics and buyer FAQs - built live from your real listing, so you can see exactly what the service produces.
Send us your eBay file and we optimise every listing for you - titles, descriptions and complete item specifics on all of them. You get back one finished file, ready to upload. No fiddling with spreadsheets.
Most eBay questions are the same handful: what size is it, what's it made of, what's in the box, will it fit mine. Every one of those is an item specific you left empty, or a line missing from your description.
When the size, material, contents and compatibility are all written down, buyers stop asking you and just buy. That's time back in your day, and one less reason for someone to click away.
eBay's search reads your item specifics, not your photos. Every field you fill is another filter your product can appear in when a buyer narrows their search. Empty fields simply drop you out of those results.
Clean, mobile-first layout with a proper spec table and buyer FAQs, instead of a wall of text or a desktop-only template that breaks on a phone. Most eBay browsing happens on a phone.
eBay gives every listing 80 characters. Most sellers use 55 or 60 and quietly give away the rest. We fill them with real, searchable attributes of your product, never padding.
Most AI listing tools just rewrite your text. We ask eBay directly what it wants, and what buyers are doing right now, then build the listing around the answer. Four official eBay APIs run on every listing, before a word is written.
Pulls the exact item specifics eBay recommends for your category, with the values it accepts, in your marketplace's own language. That is why a German listing gets Stückzahl, not "Number in Pack".
Scans the top-ranking listings for your product this minute and extracts the words they actually rank on, so your 80 characters are spent on terms eBay is rewarding today.
eBay tells us which boxes buyers tick in the left-hand filter panel for your product, and how many rival listings hold each value. We fill those fields first, in eBay's own wording, so your listing survives when a buyer narrows the search instead of disappearing from the results.
Reads your live listing, its photos, its full description and, for variation listings, every option in your dropdowns. A t-shirt in 20 colours and 8 sizes keeps all of them.
You paste an item number. Before any AI runs we read your live listing, ask eBay which specifics your category needs, scan the top-ranking rivals for keywords and prices, and pull the filters buyers are using. All of it is handed to the AI as facts it must work from. The result page then shows you the evidence: competitor pricing against yours, the proven keywords, and your buyer filter coverage. Nothing is invented, and every figure is something you can check yourself on eBay.

"We had 400 listings with almost no item specifics. After one batch run they were all filled with accurate data and proper descriptions. Sales improved significantly in the first month."
"The dual-AI review is what sold me. The first AI writes a solid draft, but having Claude independently check it catches things I'd miss. Every listing comes out genuinely clean."
"The variation listing logic is spot-on. No more AI writing 'this listing includes all colours' for a dropdown. The output is accurate and usable straight away. Worth every penny."

My name is Kamil, and I've been working in ecommerce for 15 years. I've sold on eBay, managed product catalogues, run online stores, and watched the search landscape change completely. I know exactly what it takes to get a listing found.
BestWayDigital started because I kept seeing the same problem: great products buried by poor listings. Bad titles, empty item specifics, zero SEO structure. Sellers were losing sales not because of their products, but because of the words around them.
So I built the tool I always wished existed. One that actually understands what you're selling, writes like a professional copywriter, and structures every listing to rank on Google, eBay Cassini, ChatGPT, Perplexity and every AI search engine that matters. Based in Huddersfield, working with sellers across the UK and Europe.
